The Employability ISET & Social Virtual Training Certification Program is designed for individuals who want to build confidence, strengthen workplace readiness, and prepare for employment in a supportive online environment.

This program is ideal for individuals balancing family, community, and personal responsibilities who need a flexible path toward employment.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Live Virtual Workshops

Participants attend live online sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for 90 minutes.

Sessions include instruction, discussion, and interactive practice activities.

If a participant misses a session, recordings are available to help them stay on track.

Online Learning Modules

After each live session, participants complete related digital learning modules through the online learning platform.

Modules provide additional learning, practical exercises, and allow participants to progress at their own pace.

Participants may earn certificates upon completing modules.

Support is available whenever participants need assistance.

Employment Preparation

In the final week, participants work with the instructor and coach to build a professional resume and cover letter.

Participants strengthen their interview skills through guided practice.

The program helps build confidence for real employment opportunities.

Virtual Job Fair

At the end of the program, participants attend a Virtual Job Fair with employer partners.

Participants can meet employers and make valuable connections.

They can submit resumes directly to hiring companies.
