Danika Koopmans is the founder of Health Intentionally which provides people with the knowledge and tools to create sustainably healthy lifestyle changes regardless of any pre-existing condition they may or may not have.
She believes that when we feel good inside our body, we can further improve the lives of those around us and create a vibrant and abundant life!
Danika is a Family Nurse Practitioner and new mom to Aurora Jane 1 year baby girl.
Through her diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and amidst studying to be a family nurse practitioner, she spent countless hours studying the effects of food on the body.
When she learned the importance of nutrition and its role in healing the body, she created her company Health Intentionally, where she now serves 100’s of individuals online in various capacities including through one on one, and group consultations, coaching, and seminars.
Dr. Namara Gibram, Fresh Minds Instructor, prolific scholar, has a PhD in clinical psychology and over 25 years of practice.
With a current focus on helping decolonize mental health with integrating Traditional & Essential Life Skills into the Fresh Minds program to support individuals dealing with depression, suicide, grief & loss, anger, and abuse.
Andrew Rivet, Metis, Fresh Minds Instructor, Red Seal Certified Electrician, Electrical Masters Certification, and with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Lethbridge.
Andy is passionate about helping communities and youth develop knowledge and skills for entry into the trades field.
Mayra Michaud, Fresh Minds Instructor, Master's in Marketing, Degree in Public Relationships with a passion for working with communities' to transform lives through building digital skills careers.
Torbin Mustooch, Alexis Nakota Sioux First Nation, Fresh Minds Director.
With a passion for mentoring communities and giving learning and employment choices to communities, empowering them to live a healthy lifestyle, and building businesses for future generations.
Trent Shott, Ft McKay First Nation, son of Chief Peter Powder Mikisew Cree First Nations, and Fresh Minds Director.
